Baby Camel:  Mum, why do I have these big feet?

Mother Camel: To stop you sinking into the sand when you're walking across the desert.

Baby Camel: Mmm.  Ok, then why do I have these big ears?

Mother Camel:  Oh that's so you can cover your eyes to stop sand getting in when it's very windy in the desert.

Baby Camel: Mmm.  OK, then why do I have these two big humps on my back?

Mother Camel:  Oh, those humps are to store nutrients for us when we are walking across the desert and we can't get food or water for a long time.

Baby Camel:  OK, I understand all that.  So, why, then, do we live in London Zoo!
