In Japan, many animals are made become cute characters.
 For instance a cat, a rabbit ,a mous and so on.
 This mascot was made from a bear.
 And ' a bear ' is 'Kuma' in Japanese.
 As you know 'Relax' is one of English words.
 These two words joined and became Rirakkuma.
 He usually lie and eat some pancakes.
 Many young female like this  lazybbones.
 One reason is he is very cute.
 On the other hand, at least I think, some girls want to live like him !
