I do not know whether this stroy is true or not.
 But at least it is true that I like this story.

 Please image the hospital and  some patients stay in it.
 They are too infirm to wake up.
 One of them lie down near the window of the building.
 He talks what he sees every day.

 For instance,
 "It is fine and sky is very clean."
 "It is very cold and I am afraid that it will snow."
 "There are beatuful flowers."
 And so on.

 The other patient envies very much.

 One day the former  patient dead and the latter moves to the bed near the window.
 Next mornig he sees the window. 
 But he finds that it is blinded by a large wall.
 He shocks very much.
 But , he thinks , his some words gather courage us.
 Then he acts like the man every day.
